2 min read

SunExpress has revealed its Summer 2027 schedule for the UK and Ireland, with the airline continuing to strengthen its links between the UK and Türkiye.

The airline will operate from six UK airports during Summer 2027, offering passengers direct flights to destinations including Antalya, Izmir, Dalaman and several other destinations across Türkiye.

Six UK airports

SunExpress’ Summer 2027 UK network will include:

  • Birmingham

  • Edinburgh

  • London Gatwick

  • Manchester

  • Newcastle

  • London Stansted

The airline will also operate from Dublin and Cork in Ireland.

Antalya will remain one of the biggest destinations in the network, with services from Birmingham, Edinburgh, Gatwick, Manchester and Newcastle.

Passengers will also be able to fly to Izmir from Birmingham, Gatwick, Manchester and Stansted.

Dalaman will be served from Birmingham, Gatwick, Manchester and Newcastle.

Stansted gets the widest choice

London Stansted will have the largest selection of SunExpress destinations for Summer 2027.

The airline plans to connect the airport with Antalya, Izmir, Çukurova, Gaziantep and Kayseri.

This gives passengers travelling from the London area access to both Türkiye’s major holiday destinations and cities further inland.

Continued focus on the UK

The Summer 2027 schedule highlights the importance of the UK market to SunExpress, which has significantly expanded its presence across British airports in recent years.

The airline has previously added routes and increased capacity between the UK and Türkiye as demand for holidays in the country has continued to grow.

SunExpress is a joint venture between Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines, and has become an important carrier for passengers travelling between Europe and Türkiye.

Summer 2027 fares

Fares for the Summer 2027 programme start from £59.99 one-way, giving passengers the opportunity to book ahead for next year’s summer season.

The airline’s schedule provides passengers across England and Scotland with direct options to some of Türkiye’s most popular holiday destinations.

For passengers travelling from airports such as Manchester, Birmingham, Gatwick and Newcastle, the schedule provides multiple options for reaching the Turkish coast, while Edinburgh gives Scottish passengers a direct SunExpress option to Antalya.

SunExpress’ Summer 2027 programme is now available for booking.
