easyJet to End All Flights from Leeds Bradford Airport

easyJet is set to end all flights from Leeds Bradford Airport early next year, bringing more than 16 years of operations at the Yorkshire airport to an end.

The airline has confirmed it will no longer operate from Leeds Bradford after 5 January 2027, following a review of its network at the airport.

easyJet currently serves Barcelona, Belfast International, Geneva, Malaga, Palma and Paris Charles de Gaulle from Leeds Bradford, although some routes are expected to finish before the final January departure.

The airline said the decision was taken as it focuses on routes seeing stronger customer demand across its wider network.

An easyJet spokesperson said:

“Our focus is on maintaining and developing routes which prove most popular with customers.”

The airline added that it values its relationship with Leeds Bradford Airport and will continue to keep future network opportunities under review.

easyJet first began flying from Leeds Bradford in 2010, initially serving Geneva, before gradually adding more destinations over the following years.

The withdrawal will leave Jet2 and Ryanair among the main low-cost operators at the airport, while Leeds Bradford continues to develop following its recent £100 million terminal expansion.

The move marks the end of a relatively small but long-running easyJet operation at Leeds Bradford, with the airline now shifting capacity towards other parts of its UK and European network.
