easyJet Expands Winter Network With 13 New Routes From UK Airports


easyJet has announced a significant expansion to its Winter 2026/27 schedule, with the airline launching 13 new routes from airports across the UK.


The latest additions will see new connections introduced from 10 UK airports, offering passengers even more options for winter sun, ski breaks and city escapes.


Among the highlights are new services from Manchester to Cairo, Liverpool to Reykjavik and Kittilä, and a major expansion at Newcastle Airport, where five new routes will launch.

New routes announced include:


• Manchester – Cairo•

Liverpool – Reykjavik

• Liverpool – Kittilä

• Newcastle – Barcelona

• Newcastle – Berlin

• Newcastle – Copenhagen

• Newcastle – Hurghada

• Newcastle – Rovaniemi

• Birmingham – Copenhagen

• London Luton – Kittilä

• London Luton – Strasbourg

• London Southend – Edinburgh

• Newquay – Geneva


The expansion further strengthens easyJet's presence across the UK, particularly in the North East, where Newcastle continues to see substantial growth following the opening of the airline's newest UK base.


The addition of destinations such as Rovaniemi, Kittilä and Geneva is expected to prove popular with passengers seeking winter sports and Lapland holidays, while routes to Cairo and Hurghada provide additional winter sun options.


Flights on all new routes are now on sale through easyJet and easyJet Holidays.

The latest announcement comes as airlines continue to finalise and expand their Winter 2026/27 schedules, with further route announcements expected across the industry in the coming months.
