Jet2 expands Summer 2027 programme with more flights from nine UK airports

Jet2 is adding thousands of extra seats to its Summer 2027 programme, with changes across 22 routes from nine UK airports.

The expansion includes additional flights and seasonal extensions to destinations in Spain, Greece, Italy and Croatia. Several services will operate earlier in the spring or continue later into October, giving passengers more options outside the busiest summer weeks.

More flights from across the UK

The changes cover Jet2 bases at Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, East Midlands, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool, Manchester and London Stansted.

Some routes will start earlier in April 2027. These include services from Birmingham to Heraklion and Kalamata, Bristol to Chania, and Edinburgh to Reus. Glasgow will see its Dubrovnik service extended into April, alongside additional capacity to Reus.

Manchester’s flights to Heraklion, Menorca and Naples will also operate earlier in the season, while Liverpool’s Reus service is being extended into April.

Leeds Bradford is included in several of the changes, with seasonal extensions to Chania, Heraklion, Almeria, Halkidiki and Verona. The airport will also receive additional flights to Palma between July and September.

Further changes include extra or extended services to destinations such as Girona, Menorca, Kefalonia, Pula and Dubrovnik. Some routes will also continue later into October, including Edinburgh–Halkidiki, East Midlands–Verona and London Stansted–Kefalonia.

Separate winter flights from Gatwick to Gambia

Separately, the supplied post says Jet2 will operate direct charter flights between London Gatwick and Banjul, Gambia, during the 2026/27 winter season.

The schedule shown lists Tuesday and Saturday flights from 3 November 2026 to 27 April 2027, with additional Monday departures from 14 December 2026 to 5 April 2027.

These charter flights are separate from the Summer 2027 expansion. The dates and operating days should be checked with Jet2 before publication.

More choice outside peak summer

Jet2 says the Summer 2027 changes respond to demand for holidays at the beginning and end of the season. The additional seats and extended schedules give passengers more departure dates to choose from, particularly in April and October.

The latest changes add to Jet2’s programme from its UK bases, with more capacity across a wide range of European destinations.
