British Airways removes A380 from LAX Route

British Airways has removed its Airbus A380 from the London Heathrow to Los Angeles route, with the final scheduled for 24th October 2026.
This change will see flights operated by BA’s Boeing 777-300ER, alongside American Airlines, who also operate this route on this aircraft, plus its Boeing 787.
British Airways has planned this till the 27th March 2027

British Airways B777’s feature the newer club suites, giving the passengers a better experience and comfort during the change.
During this time the Airbus A380's will under-go major refurbishments, announced by British Airways in 2024. Including the new First class suite with a wider and longer seat, a 32-inch TV screen, buddy dining, optimal sense of space and privacy, with a personal luggage space
