Last year British Airways announced an array of new initiatives to transform the airline, unveiling a £7bn transformation plan at its first ‘In the Skies’ showcase event in London.
On the 25th November British Airways unveiled its new first class product on board "Taking Luxury to new heights" The airline’s new First has been carefully designed to provide the feel of a modern luxury hotel, alongside home comforts and thoughtful British touches at 35,000ft.
Alongside a first class product, a refreshed "First Wing" to provide a more modern, brighter look was opened this week.
The upgraded First Wing, available to first class passengers & British Airways most elite card holders (Premier, GGL, Gold & any one-world equivalent )
Brings a smoother, more comfortable check in experience, from a dedicated check in area, fast track security and direct access to the terminal 5 lounges.
